Imagine walking into a space where music is more than sound—it’s pressed into something you can hold. That’s 610 Record Manufacturing, Houston’s only vinyl pressing plant, tucked inside the East End Maker Hub. It’s not a record store, but a full-on factory where local artists can turn their music into custom vinyl, starting with just 100 copies.
The place buzzes with creativity—pressing machines, packaging bays, and even a listening room where the final product gets its first spin. It’s less about browsing shelves and more about building Houston’s music culture from the ground up. For musicians, it’s a dream come true; for the rest of us, it’s proof Houston is still spinning something special.
